How to Track Solo Ads: Clicks, Leads, Sales & Reconciliation

Provider delivery data tells you whether clicks were sent. Your own tracking tells you whether those clicks became leads, customers and revenue.

Track the click

Use a tracking link or campaign parameter that identifies the provider and campaign. Record unique clicks and geography where your tools support it.

Track the funnel

Reconcile, do not obsess over perfect equality

Different systems can count clicks differently because of filtering, repeat visitors, redirects and privacy behavior. Investigate material gaps rather than expecting every platform to show identical numbers.

Use campaign-level naming

A clear naming convention—provider, traffic tier, date and offer—makes later comparisons far easier.

The metrics that matter

Connect click data to ROI and CPA. A “high-quality click” that never contributes to your funnel may still be economically poor.
